VP of engineering and marathon runner

Marta is a software engineer with more than 20 years experience in IT, from firmware developer in HP, to VP of engineering in wefox across many industries and countries. She was lucky enough to work on agile transformations as early as 2005. She has attended executive programs in both Harvard Business School and MIT. She is an active member of women in technology associations and circles, and diversity and inclusion initiatives and speaks often in podcasts; last one just a week ago can be found here: https://lnkd.in/eAWBQArM. She is also a keen marathon runner, having run several marathons under 4 hours and in locations like Greenland, a frozen lake in Norway, Santa Claus village in Lapland and the deserts in Jordan and Saudi Arabia.
