As an Engineering Manager, my main objective is to create a safe environment in which teams can develop themselves, where people can talk and discuss freely, reach agreements and solve problems together. I lead teams and give them support in whatever they need, usually using my experience in project definition, risk and expectations management, technical practices and so on, following XP and Agile principles.
