Engineering Manager at Factorial

I could say my journey began when I wrote my first line of code at age 12 and decided to become a programmer. But counting only the working time, I'd say it began over two decades ago. During this time, I've had different roles in individual contributor and manager paths, as I realized my passion also lies in helping people and teams grow. Currently, I'm an Engineer Manager at Factorial. I'm from Ibiza, but I've been living in Barcelona for 10 years. After work, I can be found reading, listening to music, playing board games, doing escape rooms, and paddle surfing,… (I could go on, but I simply don't have enough time for all my hobbies 😅).
