Global Head of UX & Service Design

During my career I had the chance to face a huge amount of diverse design challenges. More than 15 years of experience working and leading digital strategies, UX teams, a long list of clients and brands, diverse challenges from multiple sectors gave me a very broad perspective of how to tackle problems by using a wide set of lenses, being able to calibrate solutions to really adapt the context. That is why during the last years I specialised and worked on the evolution of Design Thinking, which is taking a broader view of the system, find interconnections, and apply sustainable principles to create innovative solutions with positive impact in the long term. I studied Software Engineering and then UX, Design Thinking, Research, Service Design, Circular Design, among others, that is why I can combine techniques and practices from different disciplines, embracing technology and design together.
