I’m a father of two, and I love Sports Management stories and movies like Moneyball, 11 Rings, Ford vs. Ferrari, etc. When I compare parenting and sports with my experience and knowhow around managing tech teams, I found plenty of similarities of how to make a group of people grow and develop into their best version. During this talk, let me revisit some basic values, principles, and techniques on how a team can be managed from a different angle: parenting and sports.
